Kimchi Fried Rice
I am obsessed with gochujang,
Korean red chili paste. I've been marinating chicken in it, adding it to
soups. We have leftover gammon and pork shoulder from my birthday
celebration (pork and lentil gratin) so I'm going to make some fried
rice. I don't add eggs to mine because I don't like them but add them to
yours.
Saute onion
in some oil and gochujang, then add diced meat. Add cooked and cooled
rice and stir to combine, add some soy sauce and sesame oil to taste.
Finish with some frozen petit pois, chopped scallions and chopped kimchi.
