Breakfast for Dinner
I've used this pancake recipe for years; my niece and
nephew like it with chocolate chips. I remember my suggestion of
breakfast for dinner being a big success for family meal at Picholine.
Serve with maple syrup and streaky bacon!
2 cups all purpose flour
3 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2teaspoon salt
2 cups buttermilk (regular milk is fine)
3 eggs, separated
Add wet to dry, whip egg whites to stiff peaks and fold in just before cooking.
